You log into Instagram and suddenly feel like you’ve stumbled into a beauty contest where the only requirements are to have flawless skin, the perfect wardrobe, and a lunch that looks like it belongs on the cover of a magazine.
But hold up! Let’s remember that you—and yes, I’m talking about you—are magnificent inside and out. ;)

I know, I know, you’ve heard it all before. Probably from other blog posts, social media, and magazines. But let’s be real: believing it can be tough when society constantly pushes its “ideal” onto us.
Society’s ideal of how we should look, present ourselves, and act.

They continue to serve you sh*t and expect you to continue smiling while asking you if you want some more.

Whether you’re a parent, a pet owner, or simply the friend who always carries snacks (because priorities!), you truly are the multi-talented superstar of your own show. And let’s be real—being a “team player” often means picking up the slack while juggling your own workload.
